What our customers say
★★★★★ Rated 4.4 on Google across our four stores, from 245 reviews.
Excellent service! Old school auto parts store. No BS, just what you need when you need it. Great prices, and even if they need to order something (which ain't often) you'll get it quick.
I had an issue with the hydraulic connectors on a new farm tractor attachment. NAPA saved my day, week and month. I am a grateful customer.
These guys are friendly and knowledgeable. They order parts you need, if they don't have them. They call promptly when your order comes in. If they can't get something, they can usually tell you where it's available, if it is. Highly recommend
Knowledgeable staff and very courteous. Did not have a few items needed in stock but had it expedited and received the items next morning.
Great customer service!! The gentleman that helped me went above and beyond to explain what was going on and help me. Definitely recommend this Napa
NAPA is the only REAL parts store. They have quality products and their employees are quality. Their brand of tools and parts are great. They always have what I need or can get it quickly. I never like going anywhere else. Not just this NAPA, but NAPA in general. This location has great employees and selection.
